American Express Centurion wanted to create a monthly newsletter and website for their elite cardholders across Asia Pacific that would genuinely excite members and drive engagement with the brand’s concierge service.

We created and managed all content for the Asia Pacific edition — curating the best events, experiences and insider opportunities across the region. We monitored traffic and engagement data every month, then evolved the editorial strategy to continuously increase cardholder activity and interaction with the Amex concierge.

The result was a highly read and valued publication that strengthened member loyalty and turned the newsletter into a powerful relationship-building tool for Centurion.
