Swire Hotels wanted to celebrate the history of their Hong Kong properties and create internal communications that staff would actually read, enjoy, and feel was a genuine celebration of their shared success.

We discovered the real heart of the brand wasn’t the buildings — it was the people. Through interviews we uncovered a tight-knit, resilient community that had built some of Hong Kong’s most successful hotels in a fiercely competitive market.

What we delivered: “The People’s Book” — a beautiful coffee-table yearbook filled with candid photos, personal stories, and keepsakes from the teams who made it happen. We then used this as pillar content to create a series of intranet features, internal comms pieces, and celebration events.

The result: staff felt genuinely appreciated, engagement with internal communications increased significantly, and the sense of community across the hotels was strengthened.
